Dalton and Casey won the Boys Doubles competition at the Regional Tennis Tournament and will advance to the State Tennis Tournament! |

UIL State Bound! |

Wharton High School took 28 students to the Regional UIL Academic and One-Act Play Contests. These students who advanced from the district level competed in 12 different events. At the end of the weekend the results were as follows: Ready Writing- Taylor 6th place, Informative Speaking – Hannah 3rd place (State Qualifier), Poetry – Jazmine 1st place Regional Champion (2 X State Qualifier). |

Several WHS students and sponsors attended the Texas Library Association convention in Houston for the TT4L (Texas Teens for Libraries). They got to meet authors and get autographs as well as receiving many ARC books. |
