Family Frameworks developed by the Texas Association of School Boards in association with the Region13 Education Service Center have built a new and exciting program. Wharton I.S.D., several community organizations, local churches, and parents have implemented to improve parental involvement in the school, community, and in the home. Although this program is used in numerous districts throughout the state, we are the first community to use a collaborative effort with organizations outside the school district in order to foster family and student success.
